We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead for most events. Peak seasons fill quickly, so three to four weeks is better if possible. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule. We can book your event as far out as one year in advance.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event receive a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days, we retain 50 percent of the booking fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Absolutely. We offer tours by appointment during business hours. Call or email to schedule a time that works for you. Seeing the spaces in person helps you make the right choice.

A standard set of tables and chairs is included with every booking. Need more? Additional furnishings and custom setups are available for an extra fee. Just ask our team when you contact us - we'll let you know exactly what comes with your space.

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Most questions get answered the same day. For urgent matters, call us directly during office hours.
